SEOUL, Nov. 9 (Yonhap) -- Korean film "Along With the Gods: The Two Worlds" has been pre-sold to 90 countries at a recent film market in the U.S., bringing the total number of countries where it will be screened to 103, its local distributor said Thursday.

Lotte Entertainment said the fantasy drama was pre-sold to 13 Asian countries during this year's Asian Film Market held last month in the southern port city of Busan.

"A Taxi Driver," a local box office hit about a pro-democracy uprising in the country, won best picture at the 54th annual Daejong Film Awards on Wednesday.

A new medical drama on MBC has shown a strong performance on the local weekly TV ratings, data showed Tuesday.

The TV series "Hospital Ship," starring Ha Ji-won and Kang Min-hyuk, a member of boy group CNBLUE, has ranked as the second most popular program on the Content Power Index (CPI) for Aug. 28-Sept. 3, with a score of 257.5.
